Detailed Product Description

Pre-production Inspection is carried out at the beginning of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample. The Initial Production Check allows an early (and thus cost-saving) prevention of defective components as well as timely corrections if needed.

Main checkpoint for PPI:

         Check the quantity, production capacity and monitor the production schedule.

         Check the quality of raw materials.

         Check the first-piece units if match with product specifications and / or packaging and / or marking.

         Evaluate the production line running.

         Ensure the calibration and accuracy of the equipment.

         Give advices to improve product quality and minimize defects
